Fay Bailey-Gregory

Founder & President / CEO

Fay Bailey-Gregory is an internationally recognized food safety professional with more than 25 years of leadership experience in food safety regulation, inspection, training, and management systems implementation.

She founded FB Food Safety & Quality Management Systems to help organizations achieve the highest standards of food safety and operational excellence.

Before launching the firm, Fay served for over 17 years with the Bureau of Standards Jamaica, where she held multiple leadership roles and ultimately led the Inspectorate Division, overseeing regulatory compliance and food safety enforcement.

During her tenure in government, she played a key role in advancing modern food safety practices and supporting the adoption of HACCP-based systems across food manufacturing operations.

Today, Fay works with companies throughout the food industry to design and implement internationally recognized food safety and quality management systems.

Shirnett Bailey has more than fifteen years experience as an executive in Healthcare Insurance Sales, Talent Acquisition, Networking, "Match Maker" and Business Development, Contracts Acquisitions, Project Management, Compliance, and Training. She has exceptional skills in building and nurturing relationships, resulting in long-term and repeat business.

Miss Bailey effectively lead teams through understanding and appreciating the value of individual input. Her passion is effecting the sustainable growth of companies and individuals through servant leadership and a hands-on total quality approach.

Within the healthcare staffing industry, Ms. Bailey has played a key role in the strategic sourcing, recruitment, and staffing of Healthcare professionals nationally. Through diligence, drive and a keen initiative she has developed a comprehensive and targeted recruitment model for sourcing and hiring the best-fit healthcare professionals.

She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration alongside numerous training interventions not limited to ISO 9000 and 22000, HACCP and several Management & Leadership Certifications.

Merle Donaldson has over twenty years of experience in both the public and private sectors in the areas of research, business development, project management, quality systems and conformity assessments.

She holds an MBA in International Business and B.Sc. in Chemistry and Management from the University of the West Indies and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education and Training from the Vocational Training and Development Institute.

She currently serves as Director on the Boards of the Culture, Health, Arts, Sports and Education (CHASE) Fund, the Planning Institute of Jamaica and the Agro Invest Corporation.

Merle is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of getting things done; she remains focused on positive transformation for maximum impact.
